Welcome to coachnestnow.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our business coaching services tailored for business owners and executives. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

CoachNestNow provides personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and strategic planning designed to enhance leadership skills, business growth, and organizational performance.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and must be paid in advance according to the invoice terms. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you wish to cancel a session or package, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost.

Extended Refund Policy:

Full Package Refund: If you have purchased a multi-session coaching package and decide to discontinue within the first two sessions, you are entitled to a full refund of the remaining sessions.
Partial Package Refund: After two sessions, you may receive a prorated refund for unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests due to medical emergencies or force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for an exception to our standard policy.
Refund Process: To request a refund, submit a written request via our contact form. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information without your prior consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

CoachNestNow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of coaching services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the service in question.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bern, Switzerland.
